Antebellum-Era Charm with a Contemporary Touch at Charleston’s Society Hall

Styled by Smells Like Peonies and photographed by Ava Moore, this photoshoot at Society Hall in Charleston, South Carolina may be one of our favorites to date.

Designed by Gabriel Manigault and built between 1799 and 1804, this quintessential historic
venue is a prime example of marrying the old with the new.

To compliment the vision for a classic romance with a modern twist, Maddison Row South
chose a bridal gown by Carol Hannah with intentional pleating and dreamy draping for
antebellum-era charm coupled with a contemporary feel.
