HER STORY

Our Belle Julia and her man Mike could not wait for their wedding day. Gearing up for a lifetime together, these love birds weren’t about to let a little rain get in their way. When Hurricane Matthew blew into town and threatened their ceremony with 11th hour vendor and venue cancellations, these two improvised. After packing up flowers, collecting the cake, and gathering guests, this happy couple took their party to a friend’s back yard. Beneath beautiful oaks and draped Spanish moss, Julia and Mike hosted a sweet, intimate soiree complete with Mike serenading guests on his acoustic guitar and a lantern sendoff under the stars. Be still our hearts!

 

For her big day, Julia wore Carol Hannah’s Kensington tank and skirt paired with Haute Bride’s Pearl Swirl sash.
