Finding the gown or the perfect accessory for your event should be an absolute blast. You should enjoy every moment and feel our stylists are your advocates. Our team is a proponent of sharing their passion for each piece and helping to educate on what to look for as far as quality and construction. Of course, our hope is that your dress is at Maddison Row South, but we view your visit as a success as long as you leave with a big smile and full heart.
Due to COVID-19, appointments look a bit different. Our protocols are designed and enforced to adhere to state laws, protect our employees and our guests. Guests will be limited. The entrance is limited to the back porch door where hand sanitizer and masks will be provided before entry. Masks will need to be kept on for the duration of the appointment by all parties. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have been in contact with someone who is sick, or you are not feeling well.
Our available appointment times have been altered to accommodate cleaning time between appointments. Please note, we have added Sunday appointments on the second Sunday of each month. Those Sunday appointments can only be booked via phone. Please call us at 843-212-5160 if your desired appointment time is not available and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To help make the occasion special, your appointment time is reserved just for you and your guest. Because your time slot is removed from our calendar, making it unavailable to other future MRS's, we do require a credit card to reserve your block of time and at least a 24-hour notice prior to rescheduling or canceling your appointment.
Cancelling with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 fee. No-shows will incur a $75 fee.
This is a standard practice at boutiques across the country who offer the level of service that we take pride in providing. We do hope that you will see this policy as mutually respectful of each other’s time and talents.
