Your Appointment

At its core, Maddison Row South values experience and treats every appointment as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship.

 

Finding the gown or the perfect accessory for your event should be an absolute blast. You should enjoy every moment and feel our stylists are your advocates. Our team is a proponent of sharing their passion for each piece and helping to educate on what to look for as far as quality and construction.

 

Of course, our hope is that your dress is at Maddison Row South, but we view your visit as a success as long as you leave with a big smile and full heart.

 

Due to COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have been in contact with someone who is sick, or you are not feeling well. 

 

Please note, we have added Sunday appointments on the second Sunday of each month.

Please note that reserving and holding a prime-time appointment (Friday - Saturday) will entail a non-refundable $50 fee that may be used as a credit towards your custom gown purchase. 

To ensure we have a selection of dresses ready for your appointment, please share your usual dress size. This helps us provide the most personalized and seamless experience during your visit!

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Maddison Row South! We are excited to host a little soiree just for you and have high-hopes that you will find “the one” nestled among our  hangers.

To help make the occasion special, your appointment time is reserved just for you and your guest. Because your time slot is removed from our calendar, making it unavailable to other future MRS's, we do require a credit card to reserve your block of time and at least a 24-hour notice prior to rescheduling or canceling your appointment.  

 

Cancelling with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a $50 fee. No-shows will incur a $75 fee.

 

This is a standard practice at boutiques across the country who offer the level of service that we take pride in providing. We do hope that you will see this policy as mutually respectful of each other’s time and talents.

Maddison Row South - in store alterations

In-Store Alterations

For your convenience, we offer in-store alterations exclusively for brides who find the one with us at Maddison Row South. 

 

Our in-store alterations come with a one-time fee of $250 that will cover all your in-store bridal gown and veil fitting appointments.  This fee covers the use of our fitting room, as well as the time and transportation of our seamstress. 

 

Please note, this fitting fee is separate from our seamstress’ alteration costs. 

 

We will also gladly share our short list of vetted and recommended seamstresses if you would prefer to do your bridal gown alterations at their locations (free of our in-store fitting fee). 

 

As always, we’re here to make sure you feel like the queen you are for your big day. Your MRS stylists will help you reserve your in-house alterations appointment(s) following your gown purchase.
